How it works

Apply and Match: Complete an application outlining goals and expertise. The FWBW team curates matches based on shared aspirations and experiences.

Kickoff Session: The program launches with a fireside chat and orientation. Participants meet their matches, receive program guidelines, and set intentions for the journey.

Monthly Mentorship: Over six months, mentor-mentee pairs meet for 1:1 sessions guided by FWBW conversation prompts and resources.

Community Growth: At the midpoint and conclusion, participants gather for reflection, networking, and celebration while gaining continued access to the FWBW community and events.
