About Tosin:

Tosin Adeniyi is the founder and lead brand consultant at Outerbox, a branding and content agency focused on founders of small-to-medium businesses.

She has spent the better part of the last decade working in various capacities in branding and marketing. Her work has impacted brands like LCBO, McDonald’s, The Home Depot, RBC, The Source, Bell, and more.

She is passionate about driving conversations and action in areas of diversity, equity and inclusion. As a marketer, she has played an active role in improving representation of visible minorities in campaign casting.

Beyond her DEI contributions in various corporate organizations, Tosin spearheaded a mentorship and education program, All Things Ad, which impacted 150+ Black youth seeking entry into the Canadian advertising industry. This effort earned her a feature in Strategy Magazine’s Shift Disturber series.

Building off her personal successes, Tosin also creates content and resources like courses and workbooks to teach professional skills to creative people.

All things considered, it makes perfect sense that her mantra is “helping people recognize their magic.
