About Palette Skills :

Palette Skills is a national not-for-profit that runs rapid training and upskilling programs designed to help participants quickly get jobs in growing industries. All of our programs are built with employers and industry partners and provide ongoing job search support. Palette’s mission is to help individuals whose jobs are threatened by automation upskill and transition into high-demand careers in the digital innovation economy. We envision an inclusive innovation economy where all workers have the skills they need to thrive. Palette's flagship program, SalesCamp is an intensive, experience-based training and job development program. SalesCamp introduces participants to in-demand B2B sales skills then helps them in finding work with our dozens of tech industry hiring partners. 96% of our SalesCamp participants receive a job offer within 6 months of program completion!
