About the event

Florence Akpan, Founder & Lead Consultant, is a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC # - R519833).  She is also a Chartered Professional Accountant. Her education in Canada began as an international student in 2004 and she graduated with a Bachelors of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan. In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, she acquired an Immigration Consulting Diploma from Ashton College and became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant.

Having a passion for information sharing and empowering immigrants with the right information at the right time led Florence to launch InfoPlace Canada (after blogging about Canadian Immigration and life in Canada for many years).

Florence is passionate about helping her clients succeed. One successful immigration application provides the opportunity to make a positive impact that will last generations. Thus, every case is handled with the utmost care, dedication, and professionalism. Her own background as an immigrant has shown her the impact that Canadian education, a work permit, permanent residency, and now even citizenship can have on our lives.

It is her goal to provide each client with accurate information and top-notch service about schooling, working, visiting and/or immigrating to Canada as a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).

Aside from immigration consulting, Florence also consults with Canadian small business owners looking to grow and scale their businesses and is a frequent speaker at events focusing on entrepreneurship, immigration, and women.

This event has a group. You’re welcome to join the group once you register for the event.
