Amarachi Nwamadi is the founder and principal coach of Hatchedworks and a strategic people and operations professional who partners with ambitious professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs to develop into and evolve their potential with compassion and candor. She's especially passionate about empowering people from underrepresented groups so they can be their best selves. Amarachi has spent over a decade working in sales operations, management, leadership development, cross cultural communication, project management, supply chain analytics and most recently, human resources, supporting a mix of national and global organizations and solopreneurs. Amarachi knows what truly matters is critical conversations, timely execution and strong relationships to master your life and your career. It’s how well you connect with the core of your being, your purpose, the core of others and how you translate that into value - bringing people along, communicating and celebrating. Amarachi has worked directly with, led and supported over 500 people in her career and would like to have a positive impact to thousands more. Amarachi is an experienced career coach, trained organically by experience coaching others to reach their potential. Amarachi is a trained professional in change management and leadership. Amarachi holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with an economics minor from McMaster University.

Drawing from her 25+ years of experience as an educational and non-profit leader, along with an M.Ed and MBA,  Liz brings a life-long passion for fostering human potential to her role as career coach.

Liz works with all ages but especially loves supporting 20-somethings whether they are entering the Canadian workplace for the first time, deciding on their next best career move or applying to go back to school.  

 

With her strengths-based approach and deep understanding of the Canadian work and educational landscape, Liz’s clients quickly build their self-awareness and confidence, become equipped to make values-based decisions and learn to communicate with clarity in applications, interviews and negotiations.
